Title: Beef with Broccoli> Lee Kum Kee
Categories: Chinese Beef
Yield: 1 Servings

10ozSliced beef
1tsChopped shallots
1cCooked broccoli florets
2tbCooking oil
5tbLee Kum Kee Stir-Fry Sauce

Here is a recipe I recieved from Lee Kum Kee sauce company when I wrote requesting recipes.

Heat skillet over medium heat. Add cooking oil. Saute shallots. Add Beef and stir-fry in 2 Tbsp. stir fry sauce. When beef is half done, add broccoli and remaining sauce. Heat through.

The Lee Kum Kee sauce is a one-step sauce, and offers a zesty garlic and ginger taste to this dish, which I prefer to the local restaurant.
